「寻找全球性问题的解决方法」IB-PYP四年级探究成果展

This week we held our grade 4 exhibition and it was a great success!  The purpose of this exhibition was to prepare our students for the Grade 5 PYP exhibition that is the culmination of the student's PYP journey. 


本周,学校美术馆举行了四年级PYP成果展,学生们向大家展示了最新的PYP探究成果。成果展为学生提供了一个绝佳的平台,让他们可以更好地为明年的PYP毕业展做准备。


The Grade 4's were working with the central idea, "Global issues can be solved when individuals and societies work together."  Over the course of the unit, the students inquired into a specific sustainable development goal and put together some amazing results! 


此次成果展的中心议题是:“全球性问题可以通过个人与社区的合作来解决”。从确定议题、制定方案到探究展示都由学生主导完成,探究的议题包括贫困问题、可持续发展城市、清洁能源、污染问题治理等。让我们来看看孩子们的精彩成果吧!

Many of today's global problems are too complex to be solved just by a single discipline. Students need to master a variety of disciplines and acquire skills such as investigation, research, summarizing, presentation skills, etc. This process also allows students to experience a deeper level of learning, they begin to think outside the box and face real-world issues.

 

当今许多全球性问题过于复杂,仅靠一门学科无法解决。学生在探究过程中需要了解各学科知识并掌握如调查、研究、总结、展示等技能,这样才能让学生体验到更深层次的学习,并跳出固有思维定式,真正去解决与现实世界相关的各类议题
