It’s Easter at HQIS!
Easter is always the first Sunday after the first full moon of spring, and it coincides with spring. Along with the traditional celebrations, Easter has become one of the symbols of spring, as it symbolizes rebirth and new life.
Today our children in Early Childhood and Primary School have been coloring and decorating Easter eggs. Children in Primary School had the chance to know more about the origin of this festival and the symbolism behind it.

In addition, a cute “Easter Bunny” greeted our students at the front gate in the morning and visited our EC classes. The last day of school before Spring Break was really special this year!
At HQIS, students learn and explore the origins and customs of different festivals around the world by participating in a variety of activities. We offer an immersive cultural experience that celebrates diversity and allow our children to understand different traditions and values.
Our school canteen chefs also prepared a sumptuous afternoon tea for the school staff, thank you dear teachers for your efforts on the last day of school before Spring Break!
Happy Easter, and Happy Spring Break!
